Change of Mind Returns
At Marie France, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to assist with exchanges for incorrect sizing.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@mariefrance.com.au within 21 days of purchase. Return shipping and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be advised that the original postage cost for your order will not be refunded.Please note that we are unable to facilitate an exchange or refund for sale or discounted items unless they are faulty.
Please ensure that:- Items are unworn, unused, and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached.
- Items are returned in the original packaging, which must be in its original condition.
- Items have not been specifically excluded from the returns policy, such as items excluded for hygiene reasons, sale, or heavily discounted items.

Items Eligible for Return
In general, our products can be returned only if the original label is still attached. However, there are exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, Marie France is unable to accept returns on certain items, including:
- Underwear (briefs, not bras)
- Hosiery
- Swimwear
- Bra Accessories
Please note that no refunds or exchanges are available for Discounted or Sale items unless they are faulty.Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we offer a full refund to the original payment method. Please contact our Customer Service team with details of the fault to initiate the refund.
